Two Unusual Black and White Flags

I’m watching the Tour de France at the moment, and on the side of the road the crowds of spectators always have flags representing their nationalities and those of their favorite riders. Two unusual flags I’ve seen this year are from Brittany (north west region of France) and Corsica (island off the south east coast, actually closer to Italy). What’s unusual is that both feature bold designs in stark black and white.

(Corsica is where Napoleon was born, and is where the Tour will start next year)
