What's Poppin' Baby: Design Trends

At frog we have done a refresh of our Design Mind website where we have articles about what’s going on in design, culture, business and technology (hey, that sounds familiar!). A lot of things have now become centralized under this banner which will make them a lot easier to find, and one of the relatively new features are videos called What’s Poppin’. These are short little videos about a topic that is hot right now, either on a mass or niche scale, but which represents an interesting take on something. They are pretty amusing and worth checking out.

The first one is David Merkoski (fastest talker at frog) and Rod Graves talking about Ray Kurzweil’s notion of The Singularity:

 

The second is Josh Bloom talking about the trend of building ad hoc gaming on top of existing social network platforms.
