Well, just a letter to the editor, but still very nice! Strategy+Business is Booz & Co’s journal, similar to the Harvard Business Review. It’s the lead-off letter in the Spring 2009 issue. Click on the thumbnail below for a larger scan.
The backstory is interesting. I had emailed Michael Schrage after reading his article in the previous issue of S+B about the importance of clear consumer-facing metrics. He was kind enough to forward it on to the editors at S+B, who then asked if they could publish it as a letter-to-the-editor. Thanks, Michael!
